To Process a Claim in a Timely Manner:

  • Report all work related injuries to ACA as soon as they occur or as soon as the employer becomes aware of them.
  • Toll-free fax 1-800-988-4722, or email to submit First Reports of Injury, bills, and other information related to the claim.
  • Refer all medical authorization requests to ACA toll-free at 1-800-388-6268.
  • Communicate with the employee and ACA throughout the claim.
  • Have some light duty available for restricted duty.
  • Advise ACA when the employee returns to work.
